UPCOMING SEMINAR IN WINDHOEK
We have been privileged to visit Namibia a few times. Each visit proves to be a personal highlight in our lives. In July 2008, we visited Windhoek, where we were privileged to introduce AFMIN onto Namibian soil.
Margaret Mwale, who previously was an AFMIN secretary in Zambia, did a marvelous job of organizing AFMIN’s first seminar in Windhoek. The enthusiastic church leaders from various denominations that attended the seminar, were thrilled to hear of all that AFMIN has to offer. A wonderful spirit of fellowship was experienced over lunch. It was obvious that the doors have swung open wide for AFMIN’s welcome entry in Namibia..
We are planning to hold another seminar for church leaders in Windhoek in 2009. I am meeting with some Church leaders in Windhoek during November 2009. It is part of our agenda to begin an AFMIN On10 school in the near future.
