AFMIN CONFERENCE SOON IN WINDHOEK, NAMIBIA

AFMIN (Africa Ministries Network Leadership Institute) is currently ministering in various African counties. To date, we have established Afmin On10 Schools in 17 of these countries.

We visited Windhoek during 2008, when we held a one-day conference to test the waters regarding launching an official Afmin On10 School in Namibia. I would like to draw your attention to the upcoming visit of AFMIN to Windhoek Namibia.

We are planning a 3 day Afmin Conference, in Windhoek from 12-29 November 2009.

The theme for the Conference will include subjects like “The Importance of Leadership Training for the Church”; “What is a non formal model of Biblical and Theological Training?”; “What is in-service training programs, research and consultation to African church leaders?”; together with information sessions.

Last year, Margaret Mwale assisted us by organizing our first Afmin Conference in Namibia. Margaret was a secretary for Afmin in Zambia but in now resides in Windhoek. She is presently our liaison contact person for the Conference in July.
